TMA offers bespoke business and management courses with students gaining an internationally recognised qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management, along with employment on course completion.
It is ideal for those who have finished their education and are seeking their first permanent job. It is also designed for young adults at the start of their career who have already tried the workplace and are looking for a new role.
The courses offer:

Course Fees
The cost of the three month course is £4,000 plus VAT.
Course Location
Currently all TMA courses take place in Oxfordshire.
Future courses will expand into other parts of the UK. Please contact TMA for more information.
Course Timings
A new three month course starts every January and September.
Course Outcomes
Pathways onto employment
After completing the course, students will know what sectors they want to work in and the type of roles that suit them. Since inception, we have a proven track record of getting more than 90% of our students into permanent jobs.
Qualifications
An accredited qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management – levels 3, 4 or 5 depending on course.
FAQs
What qualifications do I need?
To commence a course you must be at least 18 years old.
As a minimum you will either have completed Level 3 studies (A Level, IB, Btec) or have been in employment for at least one year.
What does a typical day on a TMA course look like?
No day is the same on a TMA course, but all the class-based teaching is covered in the mornings. Afternoons are for assignments and work experience.

What if I have the potential, but cannot afford the fees?
In exceptional circumstances students may apply for scholarships (funded by partnering employers) to cover some or all of the course fees.

What is the application process?
The application process for TMA courses is as follows:
- Submission of a factual record of your education and any work experience
- An introductory meeting with TMA, in person or online
- An assessment meeting. Ahead of the assessment you may be asked to complete a short psychometric test. The assessment will involve a series of short interviews after which you will be advised whether you have a place
